BDE and Jack B. Harper are working together to upgrade the traffic lights in
Baton Rouge. The goal is to make the traffic lights work better together so that traffic flows more smoothly. This will help reduce traffic jams and make it easier for engineers to manage traffic without spending a lot of time counting cars.
The implementation of these signal detection upgrades is expected to significantly improve traffic conditions in Baton Rouge. By synchronizing traffic lights more effectively, the project will help reduce inefficiencies and support the city’s long-term transportation goals. This initiative has gained attention from local leaders and is a key issue in the current mayoral race. BDE and Jack B. Harper have already supplied 28 signal controllers and Wireless Magnetometer Vehicle Detection Systems for key routes in the city, marking a significant step towards achieving these improvements.
