He is responsible for driving customer acquisition, strengthening strategic alliances, and ensuring sustained profitability across BDE’s traffic and lighting divisions.

Chad joined BDE with a strong foundation in customer relationship management and entrepreneurship, bringing disciplined sales systems and a relationship-driven approach to growth. He has been instrumental in developing BDE’s traffic sector into a self-sustaining, high-performance profit center by aligning world-class vendors with top-tier contractors and infrastructure partners.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and attention to operational detail, Chad focuses on long-term partnerships over short-term wins—positioning BDE as a trusted solutions provider in critical infrastructure markets.

Chad is married to Rebecca and is a proud father to Knox and Emilia. He holds an Associate’s degree from Baton Rouge Community College.
