NWI Aerostructures Nashville – Switchgear Upgrade

BDE partnered with JST Power Equipment to deliver a quick-ship NEMA 3R MetalClad switchgear lineup for the NWI Aerostructures facility in Nashville, Tennessee.

The project required a fast turnaround to align with the facility’s annual maintenance shutdown. JST provided a custom outdoor switchgear lineup with advanced relays and breakers. During testing, cable length modifications were identified and resolved prior to shipment to ensure rapid energization upon arrival.

Through close coordination with Phalcon USA and Harlan Electric, the system was successfully delivered and installed on schedule, supporting critical industrial power upgrades without extended downtime.
