In collaboration with JST Power Equipment, JW Frew Electric, and Shepherd Electric, BDE delivered a pre-assembled medium voltage unit substation supporting HVAC and infrastructure upgrades at Howard University.
By replacing a traditional stick-built approach with a space-efficient pre-assembled system, the team reduced installation time, improved cost efficiency, and streamlined integration with existing Siemens switchgear.
The project demonstrates BDE’s ability to coordinate complex institutional power upgrades with minimal disruption.
