NRL-222 Replace Transformer T-145, T-146, T-147 and Switchgear

This project will replace the existing transformers T-145, T-146 and T-147 and associated
equipment with a new secondary unit substation located on South East Facade of Building 222.
Install new low voltage switchboards to feed the existing loads and replace existing lights with
new LED energy efficient fixtures in current space.
